Mine is in October, just a few days before Halloween.

 

I have the lovely coincidence of having been born in December, mere weeks before Christmas. If any of you have heard tell of this indicating that people born at this time receive "double the presents," you've been lied to for me, and everyone else I've met with a December/early January birthday, their Christmas presents are split between Christmas and the birthday, meaning half... ; ;

 

Looks like June pretty much rocks.


Perfectly away from xmas so there is no excuse for lack of fundage on the presents!


(by the way June 6th is mine... and fyi 6/6/06 was a BORING b-day)

My birthday is on Dec. 1. And as Steam Giant commented on, having your birthday so close to Christmas pretty much sucks (unless your family's filthy rich, then it's no hassle!)

 

Mine is in early february, and I still get the parents saying I have chrissie/birthday pressies in one.

But this year was good. I got a new cd player for chrissie, and a sewing machine for my birthday.

for the record, i was asleep at 01:02.03 on 4/5/06 (Americans, read that date as 5/4/06).

some useless facts that i know about this day. no, i did not just go and look them up on wikipedia.
- it is the same day as Audrey Hepburn's birthday
- the massacre at Kent State University occurred on this day
- the first australian rules football match was played at Football Park (now called AAMI Stadium, damn sponsors!) in Adelaide on this day in 1974 between North Adelaide and Central District (i will admit that i had to look up which teams played ).

Incidentally, my birthday is the reasoning for my name. Apparently, my mom and dad called me Holly because it meant "Bringer of Joy at Christmas". Which is a cool story to tell
