So, can you, and what is your favourite dish? I'm great at French and Swedish cooking (odd combination), and my favourite dish is definitely salmon with Hollandaise sauce and asparagus.

It mostly depends on the meal. I SUCK at cooking time-consuming meals. I am great at cooking all pasta, so that isn't a problem. Spaghetti, lasagna, any type of pasta. But like ham, turkey, etc, nah...I'm not good at that.

I really like Italian food, so that might be why. I make a mean grilled cheese sandwich, though.

If by cooking, you mean catching things on fire, then I can cook very well.

I really have no cooking skill at all...

I can cook quite well actually! Anyone want oven roasted tilapia with sundried tomatoes in a lemon juice sauce over a bed of dried cherry and pistachio quinoa?

I like to cook, however I'm usually cooking for at least five people, most under twelve, so I only rarely venture into anything more exotic than Italian. Although I've learned how to make decent meals on the cheap. Would love to set shit on fire or use something more exotic than kosher salt. ;p

I can't cook either. Yeah, microwave dishes and frozen pizzas, but I'm not sure if those count. Oh, and I can make some simple meals but I usually don't like the amount of time it takes to make them.

I can do basic cooking but I usually prefer to cook for holidays and large meals. I like to craft a menu, plan the order of cooking and execute it. Rest of the time, cooking for me is just searing a piece of meat and microwaving frozen vegetables. I learned how to cook thanks to my mom and Alton Brown's Good Eats tv shows I found on YouTube.

My favorite meal is Thanksgiving. Turkey, brown sugar and Coca-Cola glazed ham, freshly made mashed potatoes, fresh cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, rolls, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, and gallons of sweet iced tea. I usually do this with little help so after the holidays, I end up hating cooking for several months.

Only really basic stuff - macaroni & cheese, and breakfast burritos. I want to learn how to cook more things though, it makes me really happy when I cook for other people and they like it.

Yup, I've been cooking myself since I was 17, and I'm pretty good at it.

I can cook pretty much anything, but lean to American Classics like Salsbury steak, meatloaf, and fried chicken. I have been told by many guys over the years I make the best meatloaf they ever ate. I also cook Italian dishes, and Greman dishes as well. I am of German decent so I had two grannies who cooked German food. I also love to bake. I live to put a smile on his face! I love to do it with something I have cooked. If you want to keep a man happy than feed him well! June

I enjoy cooking but gets a bit annoying doing it everyday , as a student my top meals are chilli con carnia , beef stew , minestrone and toad in the hole I generally cook big batches and then live on them for a week , If I am home and my dads paying for food I make fish pie and Jamie Oliver recipes alot

I believe I can cook moderately well, or at least I can cook well enough to please my own tastebuds. Sweet potato curry is pretty much my staple favourite, but curry isn't difficult to make (it's only difficult to make one that pleases everyone) so I guess that's cheating a little. Daal too, but again that's pretty easy.

Specific cuisines, I wouldn't know. I just cook what my family have cooked, or throw things together until it tastes nice.

I'm a natural when it comes to desserts, apparently.

There's only a couple I can make, but yeah they taste good. After I've finished my exams and the summer holidays fall in a few weeks time, I'll be devoting the majority of it teaching my self to cook! I'll need the experience for later, and I really enjoy cooking.

Yes, but I don't much. Usually I'll just microwave things that are supposed to go in the oven and eat. But occasionally, more for something to do rather than eating, I will actually cook something properly, in which case I'm surprisingly good.
