Gauges

Personally, I dislike them. It's just weird in my book. I'll blame it on the way I was raised. That being said, I have no real problems with (very) small gauges on guys.

 

I don't like them at all. I think there was a comedian at one point who said that he'd like to take a padlock and close it around a person's stretched ear, and run away. I like the way he thinks.

Small ones don't bother me as much, but with the larger ones I just want to hit the person on the head.

 

I had one friend who had gauges and we would sit at lunch and throw stuff through his gauge holes. Those were some fun times. I don't necessarily hate them, but I don't like them either.

 

Any bigger around than the diameter of a pencil and they usually gross me out. I like regular earrings or non-pierced ears much better.

I truly don't like gauges at all!

#1 gauges stink when the people don't clean them properly.
#2 to extreme of a body mod for my taste.

 

Small ones are fine, but I don't like huge ones

 

I think they are gross, snakebites, small pearcings are cool, gauges aren't

I'm really not a fan of them.

 

I think gauges are pretty cool, so long as they're a good size. I'm actually planning on stretching my ears this summer, thinking of going up to a 00 at most.

 

Gauges are one of the very few "eccentric-minded" things that I for some reason do not find attractive.


However, the sentiment they would seem to engender (that being - at least in my mind - "screw what 'society' thinks I should look like, I'm going to look the way I want) is by far the trait I find most attractive in other people...


Combine that with the fact that I always value personality over physical presence, and I actually typically end up finding people with gauges (which I don't find attractive in a physical sense) to be very attractive (since they tend to align with my "personality preferences)...

Makes sense...you're attracted to the nature or personality that would lead one to get a gauge, but not the gauge itself. Did I get it right lol?

 

I don't like gauges at all. I don't like most piercings at all, now that I think about it.

 

I did want them, but I know that I'd regret it instantly. I do find guys with them pretty hot though.

Small ones are cool and can look amazing. Though, if they get to even about the width of a pencil, they smell horrible.

 

HELL NO. But...that's just me. I never found them attractive, personally.

 

I think gauges can be attractive on the right sort of guy, but not everyone. Personally I don't think I would ever get them myself, and I'm not sure if I'd want my boyfriend to have them, though it wouldn't be a dealbreaker.
