    Same here.


    Here in Montreal, Pride appears to be celebrated mostly during the month of August, but does not take place during the whole month. Usually about a week (August 12 to 18 for this year).

    I saw all these threads about pride parades but never knew it was a month thing. So, was it May or is it in June?

    I'll probably try & make it to a pride festival this month too (I wish they'd do it some other time than father's day weekend though)

    I tend to find out through the news report on how big this year's gay pride was.
    Then I feel bad momentarily for not having noticed it and having missed it yet another year. Turns out Belgian Pride was two weeks ago xD

    But oh well, maybe I'll make it in 2014.

    North carolina....it seems i dont hear much about LGBT except maybe my school

    Right, I too had thought it was August - since when I went to Vancouver last in August they appeared to be having Pride celebrations.

    I assume then that America and Canada have different months? :confused:
