People seem to associate different kinds of underwear with different sexualities, personally i dont agree.

Im like 75% straight (At the moment - if that makes sence) and i wear branded breifs mostly, whereas most straight guys are usually portrayed wearing boxers. I do wear them just prefer breifs/hipsters.

What do you guys think? (Ladies feel free to answer too although this post is mainly directed at the guys). Is it a comfort or a fashion choice? What kinds would you like to wear if you don't already?

p.s am i the only guy with an underwear fetish?? lol

I don't think there's really an association. I wear all three of the major underwear types(boxers, briefs, boxer-briefs) (: cause underwear is awesome!
But straight guys often associate anything tight around your balls as being gay. and Splits (cause Clearly your balls are pulling all your muscles in and hurt badly when you do one, and its obviously not your weak leg muscles)

I'm more of the boxers type... if I'm not going commando, which happens if it gets too hot. Although both of them suck when you're running, things bouncing around every-which direction and slapping into stuff.... not very comfortable or pretty to talk about... so I don't know why I said it. I think the whole thing with underwear is that, in general, gay guys spend more time thinking about underwear and finding just the right pair. Just comparing what I have seen in change rooms to what I have read on related ec threads and I see a lot more specialty fabrics (ex. microfiber, lycra, etc.) and variations outside of the traditional boxers/briefs.

As for myself, I wear spandex boxer-briefs that were designed for athletics, but are above-and-beyond for day to day use.

I suppose i buy 'just ther right pair' because most of the time you can see them over the waistline of my jeans.

I challenge anyone to at least try another type - i bet you wont go back!
