Best hairstyle for a gay guy?

    I'm looking for a new hairstyle. I have relatively short hair and it's dark brown. It's very thick. What do you think would be good?

    I guess it depends. Is your hair straight or curly?

    Mine is black and gets wavy when its about medium length so I had it cut with clippers on the sides and longer on the top but with the weight taken out of it. It's quite a changeable style and it looks good messy and up or kinda matte and down

    I don't really think there is a 'gay' hairstyle, most famous gay people I can think of, and ones I have met, don't have a hairstyle that could typically be branded 'gay'.

    I have thick hair, tried a lot of things but not easy. Normally use some texturing cream and make it kind of messy. Mine's dark blond though.

    In all seriousness, you could always look at websites like these Haircuts for Men or ask your hairstylist to do whatever he wants. I've done the latter twice with my hairstylist. It might not always yield the best results, but hair grows back anyway. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    It doesn't matter whether you're gay or straight; just get a cut that suits you, period. You don't have to let your sexuality completely dictate your style. :slight_smile:

    What face shape do you have and what race are you? I only ask because it helps when picking a hairstyle. For example I look Chinese so I checked online to see what looked cool on people who look similar to me

    I love those sorts of Hairstyles, as they remind me of the 80s-90s skate-punk look. Never thought of the Hitler aspect, though. Gotta watch out for the way it lays in front! I used to have a Mohawk in my final days of highschool/and into college, never dyed it, it was just dark brown. But I think you need an angular face/high cheekbones for these types of looks...if you have a big, round head like Charlie Brown, the result can be kinda funny.

    But for me, I love punk and punk influenced styles.

    In my view, you should really decide what's good and unique to express yourself, not necessarily look to others for direction.
