Hillary's family is from PA. Also, Obama really hasn't been pushing as hard for the state, likely for that very reason. Locally, when he had to speak at this one place, he came in through the back door, said his thing, and then left, whereas all of Hillary's appearances in PA are big events.

Again locally, there's huge amounts of support for Hillary going around. Lots of signs, door-to-door campaign people, even electronic scrolling signs at businesses. For Obama, I saw one closed-down storefront downtown with posters fixed to the inside of the display windows, but that's it.

So I'm thinking Hillary, hands down.

I'm from around Scranton, PA, Hilary country, and she doesn't seem that big around here.... a lot of people i know here want obama. Although, i did go to an obama benefit concert with my friend's band, and i think only 20 people showed up....pitiful. anyways, i think it could be anyone's win. people assume Hilary will win, cause she's from around here, but that mindset (That she will win) might actually lose her votes, since people may not see it necessary to vote, since they know she will win-- just a thought.

Obama has been pushing way harder financially, because he has the money to do so.
He has been outspending Hillary something like 4 to 1 in Pennsylvania to try to pull it off.
Hillary is still going to come out on top though. Thank God.

I do live in Scranton, hehe! Pleased to meet another Pennsylvanian! :smilewave

That is a very good point, too, that last part that you mentioned. Most of my friends who would vote for Hillary aren't voting at all, because they feel their votes won't matter. I've actually considered that myself, but finally decided that I should provide more physical support for Hillary, instead of simply saying I want her in office ^^

That's very interesting, and good to know. While I don't doubt this fact, it really isn't evident in Scranton. All I really hear about Obama over here are negatives, and if not for that, it'd be easy to forget that he's even running, just going by the campaign advertising alone.

While I'm supporting Obama, I would be very surprised if he won. It should be close, but Clinton will win.

Hillary's going to win. It's the demographics.

I feel like the only gay guy who doesn't support Hillary. I don't support any of the three lead candidates, actually, but anyway....

PA seems tilted in Hillary's favor, regardless.

Hillary won Pennsylvania by about a 10 point margin over Barack Obama.

No surprise here. I just wish they would get it over with already. Every day this thing continues the stronger the Republicans get.
