    The five entries are now displayed online for judging HERE.

    The order of the entries on the page was selected randomly by rolling a dice.

    Please take your time to examine them and decide which you think should be the winner. Remember that this is a talent contest, so you should be looking at the quality of the work and the talent of the artist, not whether or not you like the subjects of particular images.

    Once you have decided, please make your choice in the poll on this thread. Please do not look at the poll results before voting, as this may sway your decision. Also do not reply to this thread with any comments about specific entries or saying which one you voted for. Everyone should be able to vote without being influenced by the comments or votes of others.

    The vote will run for eight days, which should be long enough even for those who only visit EC once a week to have their vote.

    Well the voting has now closed, and we have a winner! Entry 3 started out in the lead. For a while Entry 1 caught up with it but at the end Entry 3 sneaked a small lead, and is therefore our winner.

    The other three entries all came in together as equal third place.

    However since it is so close between Entry 1 and Entry 3, and since it is our first talent contest, I will award two winner prizes, to Entry 1 and to Entry 3. Entry 3 is still the official winner however.

    Of course you want to know who entered which one....

    Entry 5 - Mad Markie

    So Qu_ and GuitarGirl1350 both received the coveted title of "EC Competition Winner".

    This means you can now store up to 1000 Private Messages, can send a Private Message to up to 20 people at a time, and can store up to 20MB of images in your gallery. Plus you have the title "EC Competition Winner" under your name, and can change it if you want to. Also, if you click the "View Forum Leaders" link near the bottom of the front page, you are listed there with the mods and admins, under Competition Winners.

    So a special congratulations to our winners and a big thank you to all five of you for taking part in our first talent contest.

    We are in the process of planning the second talent contest in the mods are now. This should be announced within the next couple of days.
