How many times have you been pulled over?

For the +5 years I had my license, I've not been pulled over once. It's not that I'm such a careful driver, I just don't get to drive a car too often.

So, why were you pulled over? Speeding? Your picture isn't showing.

I've been pulled over once, but no ticket! I was doing 60 MPH in a 50, because there was a dump truck that I was trying to get around. Unfortunately, there was a cop behind the truck that I passed, so he pulled me over, but he was really nice about it. He just told me to slow down and let me go. He was pretty hot, too.

I've been driving regularly and frequently since I was 17 and have never been pulled over. I ain't got time for that.

 

I've been pulled over numerous times for speeding, but luckily I've only ever got a ticket once the rest were just warnings. I can't help it I'm a speed demon!

 

I was on my moped and an arsehole cop wanted to make sure my helmet was properly fastened. It was.

Once. I was going 78 in a 55. I normally don't think I would have been pulled over had I not passed the marked cop car on the highway. Ugh! I was being dumb and deserved every bit of that ticket.

 

Never, and I've been driving for a little under two years. I can be a bit of an aggressive driver, but I'm generally pretty careful .

 

I haven't drove enough to get pulled over. I need to go get my license soon, though. :/

 

Once, the police were looking for a brown Buick Regal that had been stolen. I was just getting in to my grey Buick Regal when the police car pulled up behind me. They let me go after a few suspicious questions. To be fair to the cops it was dusk and difficult to see the color of my car.

Don't feel bad. I didn't start driving until I was 25.

 

In the 10 years I've been driving, I've only been pulled over once. It was 7 years ago on the expressway. It was late in the evening, not much traffic. I get pulled over for driving in the left lane while not passing someone (illegal in Illinois). The cop also noted that I was doing 74 on a 65. Fortunately it was just a warning.

 

I've been driving 6+years, 4 on my own, and no pull overs. I'm careful, but I'm also just terrified of messing up my clean record.

I've only had my license for about 3 years, and I've only been pulled over once. Nothing big, just expired tags. The cop wrote me a ticket, but then I got new tags and went down to the sheriff's office, and the charge was dismissed. I got flagged out of the fast lane on the freeway once, but I don't think that counts.

 

I have never gotten a ticket (nor do I plan to) I have been driving for almost two years now and my driving is probably best described as safe but not slow. I always signal and have never been in an accident. the closest I've come was running a red light with a cop right behind me but it was that or get rear ended (and not in the good way lol)
