I went to Chicago Pride and loved it! It further confirmed what I knew about myself. It felt oddly comfortable being there

    Anyone else there?

I'm glad you had a wonderful time. I went to Butte Pride this year, and it was a little disappointing. There weren't very many people, and I wanted to get lost in a crowd of queerness. Instead, I felt very exposed when I marched.

    Gah! I'm so jealous.
I was supposed to go today, but I chickened out.
And I hate parking in the city.

Good to hear you had a good time.

    omg thousands....

There were three stages. Amy and Freddy were flippin hilarious

And then we got to see a short concert from Blue Cantrell. She stage dove and crowd surfed while singing Smells Like Teen Spirit. The drag show was AWESOME. And lemme say getting hit on by a bunch of guys really charged me up and revved my engine...

    woo what a day

I had that 'oddly comfortable' feeling the 1st time I went to Pride a couple years back
