Okay so there were nats in my bathroom and they were bugging the hell out of me so i got the first thing, i could find which was unfortunately lysol disinfectant spray and i started spraying and then there was a spider then i killed it then I was in the bathroom and i realized i sprayed way too much lysol and it was getting hard to breath so i turned the air vent thing on and turned the light off then closed the door and Now i'm sitting here and i can literally feel the chemicals from the lysol disinfectant spray in my mouth and I don't know how to get rid of it. Whenever I breath, i i...can feel it and taste it ... what do I do? ---------- Post added 26th Jun 2013 at 03:13 PM ---------- ANyone? ---------- Post added 26th Jun 2013 at 03:17 PM ---------- Ugh....Please someone ---------- Post added 26th Jun 2013 at 03:25 PM ---------- i really am panicking now
Try not to panic, its probably nothing but if you are concerned ring your health clinic, hospital, doctors ect for their services and they will give you some advice, what is the stuff you used for exactly? disinfectant? i doubt its anything bad
Uh... I'm not an expert, but I suggest you clean your mouth out. Water, swill it around your mouth and spit it out. Do it several times. Maybe use mouthwash or something. Also, check the can and see if it has any instructions in case you inhale.
Omg I have done that before When I lived in Amarillo we had a huge moth outbreak and they were all over my room and I did exactly what you did with the lysol. I had a horrible taste in my mouth and a MASSIVE headache. I ended up just leaving the room and sleeping on the couch so I could BREATHE. I would say just leave the room for now cuz you will have a giant headache if you don't XD
You're right. I already have a headache....and im sitting in my room....i had to go back in there to the can and It does suck, I hate to make this thread and i was panicking and didn't know what to do
oh sorry i misread that. i just went somewhere with clean air and the bad taste went away. I don't think you have to worry about poisoning from disinfectant, that stuff is pretty safe (it has to be you are spraying it into your oxygen supply).
iT KILLS viruses and all that but still it has a load of ethanol and carbon dioxide in it which can give you a headache
try turning on or taking a shower. i think it should help. it'll clear some of the lysol "mist" out of the air and help you breathe more easily. i think.
