I actually find the comments interesting. Yes, there is blatant, disgusting homophobia. But there is also a lot of people who are straight, who are actively saying they support gay rights. And that to me, is awesome.
Wha...what's going on here? I haven't been on Youtube yet ---------- Post added 28th Jun 2013 at 11:52 AM ---------- Never mind, I got it I love Youtube for this. It's so :***: FABULOUS
Google and YouTube are pretty awesome. As for the comments, heaven have mercy on those morons. The only thing you can do is laugh it off.
Let us hold hands and sing. Not about the comment, though. Search "gay pride" on Google, too. I'm pretty sure it does that every day, but it's still cool. ^^ EDIT: Actually, I think it might be anything LGBT-related.
Yeah youtubes great also if you go to google and type in anything related to the lgbt community a rainbow pops up. ^,^
Actually Ace, not everything makes the rainbow thing in Google . The ones I've searched so far that haven't worked are "androgyne", "Genderqueer" "Pride Flag" "LGBT flag" 'Rainbow flag" and "Gay flag" Still... I kinda wish the rainbow Youtube would be there every day
Yeah You'd think they'd code it so that "gay" or "LGBT" in conjuction with anything would automatically bring up the rainbow. I guess not..
I saw it today and had to nochantly comment about how neat that was while on the inside I screamed: YES!! GO AMERICA!! (I'm proudly Canadian, but I'm still stoked about the steps the states took this week)
Why cant YT keep their pride image for all to see 24/7, forever? When we see a glimmer of something signifying us, and all the positive things we stand for, taken down so quickly by the worlds largest ISP, influence, we can't help but feel inadequate.
