Who is your LGBT "Hero"

    Just someone from the LGBT community you have alot of admiration or respect for.

    Mine are -Oscar Wilde (Importance of Being Ernest is so well written) and Alan Turing (Genius and a war hero who was practically murdered by the British government)

    I agree with both of those, though perhaps Alan Turing more so. (Aestheticism annoys me). I'm not very good at having heros though.

    I agree with both of these, both were victims of Homophobic laws that led to their demise, modern day I think the Ex-Welsh Rugby Player Gareth Thomas :slight_smile:

    Oh & not to forget Leonard P. Matlovich what a Guy :slight_smile:

    Alan Turing....definately...though to be honest my LGBT heroes include every single LGBT who came out and did not have the swell experience I had doing so

    Those are my heroes

    but Hannah Hart.

    If it wasn't for her I'd probably still be so deep in denial I didnt realise what I was.

    Also she gets paid to speak her mind and get drunk. Who doesn't admire that?
