This is an essay I wrote for school, I read it in my English class, then to the whole school, tell me what you think

Have you ever told a gay joke?

Made fun of someone?

Have you ever been made fun of because of your race? gender? personality? or your sexuality?

Gay teen Larry David was shot in the head and killed by another boy whom the day before he asked to be his valentine....you see

Why is it that

Guys can say "Gay people are gross"

Than instantly turn around and watch two girls make out on Youtube.

That is the hypocrisy of America and its teens.

People are saying "Gay people are an abomination to the Lord"

Is that why he created them?

So next time you make a gay joke, or call someone gay

First it starts with a punchline

Then a nudge

Then a push

Than a punch

Then a kick

Next thing you know you shoot someone in the head thinking "That's okay they were gay, they don't count"

THEY DO!!!!!

Early on young boys are taught

You're a real man if you drink beer, watch action movies, make out with girls, fart, burp, like lesbians, work with tools, play football, play sports.... I HATE IT

You are a real man if you express yourself and your are proud of who you are and you don't give a crud what anyone else thinks.

I sing showtunes and bounce around, but you know what? I have friends who don't care how I am because they like me the way I am

So a message to all of the LGBT people in the world living in fear

Learn to be who your are, love who you are and DO NOT be afraid to show the world who you are

If your friends cannot accept you for who you are...they are not your friends

STAND UP AND TAKE A STAND AGAINST HOMPHOBIA

FIGHT FOR GAY MARRIAGE
