I"m sure that all of you have had to see some form of AIDS video at your school, and I just saw mine yesterday. The video itself was very touching and scary, (about a family of three with AIDS) but that's not the saddest part for me....... What got me is that I was talking about it to my parents at dinner, and my mom decides to use it as a chance to work in another "gay away" talk. When I tell her that the father and the son in the movie both died, she looked right at me, gave me this nasty look, and said, "Yeah, AIDS is a scary disease. Isn't it?" And that just pissed me off sooooo bad!!! UGH! God, I just needed to vent about that.......
Haha! I loved that! What I said is that the GIRL got from a GUY. Cuz the video said that I think.......she didn't talk much after that.
