When I came out to my friends, we were almost an hour into conversation before I plucked up the courage to actually blurt the words out. They didn't care, and we're still all best friends. If they're really your friends, they won't care either and nothing will change. Don't be so worried, the build up to coming out is always terrifying, but in many cases it turns out absolutely fine and I'm sure your friends will accept you regardless. Good luck!
Get into a closet / wardrobe while they're in a room with you, then come out of it and tell them ''ohai guise, I'm gay''.
just do it I did it over the past coupla weeks and I had made it out to be such a big problem in my head compared to what it actually was.
Relax. I also felt the same as you but I finally came out to 3 of my friends and they were totally cool with it. In fact one of my guy friends came out to me at the same time and said that he was gay. Just make sure that you can trust the friends you come out to and if they don't accept you for who you are, then they aren't your true friends.
Honestly, just go for it. They're your friends, and you may be surprised how fine they'll be with it! ;D Good luck!
