I haven't come out to my parents I've wanted to for a while. I don't know how I could do it though. Letter form seems like its not the right way. I can't build up the courage to straight up tell them. I have, like, a whole secret gay life full of gay activity that they don't know anything about and I just want to tell them. But, like many of you may know, it is very hard. I just need some advice, maybe about how you came out. Any help would be appreciated.
Well, it depends on the relationship you have with them. You might want to have a heart to heart serious conversation about it. Or you might want to write them a letter and leave it where they would be sure to find it, and then go to a friend or something, giving them time to think about it.
