So even though I don't currently know if I'm bi or a lesbian I'm planning on talking to my guidance counsellor about what I'm feeling. I had an appointment a few days ago and I tried to tell her but I froze up. I have another appointment on Monday morning but I'm really nervous. She told me to write about what I'm feeling and bring it to the next appointment. Does anybody have any general advice about this and how to be less nervous?

I don't think there's a way to make yourself less nervous. It's a scary thing to do, especially early on. Maybe you just write down "I'm gay" and hand her the piece of paper. That way you don't actually have to form the words and get them out of your mouth.
