I recently went through this with my husband. I know it's so scary. I just sat him down and talked to him about being confused and not knowing what I want in life, but this was because I was still questioning whether I was bi or lesbian. It turns out he pretty much already knew. I'm really glad I told him. He has been my complete lifeline. I say just take your time through it and do it as you feel most comfortable.
