Sure, but that's in October, you may want to come out sooner if you're considering when to do so. There's no pressure though, its whenever you're personally ready.

Come out whenever you feel you're ready. If setting a date helps you keep your goal, do it. However, I'm not so sure you "it's just a phase" argument holds -- I'm sure at this point you've already known you're not straight for awhile.
