My concern is I dont want to completely crush her.. Ideally id like to stay friends but I know thats not always a possibility... She's already caught me crossdressing and playing with a friend. .
Well, since you're breaking it off with her she'll most probably be crushed either way. She might already know or have doubts. The thing is, are you sure you'd like to tell her? Maybe by doing so she won't take it as hard? I think it can be possible to be friends eventually but it'll take some time. Whatever you do, just make sure you're comfortable with it.
