    Hey everyone!
Ok so... I'm came out to my father today... seems like he kinda new, maybe someone told him, idk... point is he knows now from me.
So that pretty much completes the list of people I need to come out to.
There are a few family stragglers that I don't see very often that still don't know but they don't live around here.
However my question is facebook... Originally I was going to just delete my old one, and make a new one for my new persona and just friend everyone I told.
But now I'm just thinking about changing my current facebook to match my new self, and to hell with the people that say something
Any advice/thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you don't care what people will think, that's a good idea.

I would say that if you don't care what people think, then keep the current one and delete people that have a problem with it. I just thought that it would be too much trouble to add everybody again. Plus, having 2 accounts would be annoying (at least to me).

I understand this theory may conflict with the mindsets of transitioning individuals, but...

Facebook, like other faucets of life, is something to build on and grow from. Not destroy and pillage when it no longer suits the lifestyle you are portraying on it.

    Just my advice.

I made a new account, that way I could be sure everyone I know on there knew damn well what the deal was. I made a post explaining that I was going to live as Holly and they could add the new account if they wanted to.

Loads of people did and a bunch sent me congratulatory messages. At least that way I know those people read about it.

I've noticed from a bunch of your threads how much progress you've made in the past few weeks as a result of your courage. Very impressive!
