I work with a group of women aged 40-60 ish, and most of them are extremely homophobic and anti gay and it's really getting me down. I haven't come out at work, but have dropped hints etc in the past. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how you dealt with it? I don't really feel like I could come out at work and still be accepted, but on the other hand I don't want to hide it as I'm not ashamed of it. Help please???

Being Gay shouldn't interfere with your daily Job, if it does then oh boy... this gonna be tough but, I do know that in case the manager/owner of the place fires you just for being your self, he can see a big huge fine on his side, that will make him cry, and the other women's should get a grip of themselves and stop being so childish... its your decision whether u want to come out or not.
