So I am 15 years old and I have so far come out to my mom and my aunt and her partner. I have received a lot of support from them and I would really like to come out to my best friend. I know that she will be supportive as well. The problem is that her parents are kind of homophobic. I am pretty sure that when I do come out to her, they will not let us hang out anymore, and I don't know if I could handle that. She is like my sister. I feel like I am lying to her by not sharing such a big part of myself with her because we pretty much tell each other everything. I don't know if I should tell her now or try to wait it out until we are out of high school.

Why would her parents ever have to know?

Also, it's not like they can stop you hanging out with each other at school, is it?

Why do her parents need to know?
