So, late last year I discovered I was Bi and since then I've been a bit stressed on finding a way to tell my Mum. I'm not camp and my parents would not even think about portraying me as gay, but if my Mum found out I was bi she would probably tell my gran and she is a hardkour protestent. Please help me
    :help: :tears:

How close have you been to telling your Mum about it? Can you tell us what's on your mind and what's causing you most stress?

I nearly told my mum when we were watching tv. And my stress is being coused by the thought of being disowned. By my gran.

Are you really close to your Gran? Just trying to understand what's making it really hard for you at the minute. If you are living at home and worry that your mum might disown you it might be better to hold off saying anything for the time being - I know that might be hard, but don't put yourself in a really tricky situation if you can't support yourself. It's not a good place to find yourself in.

Try to tell your freinds who are close to you first then eventually tell your mother.

Try a heartfelt letter that worked for me.
