How would go about coming out as trans* to a therapist, in my case neutrois/agender? Does anyone have some advice for phrasing things to getting to the topic? What about explaining general information if he doesn't know? I have decided to come out to my therapist and my appointment is tomorrow and it's really bringing up a lot of anxiety.

Well I'd say you should practice. Write something out here. If you can't come out to your therapist, then who can you come out to?

Took me a solid 10 minutes to say it to mine. Physically took me that long to get it out.

When I came out to my GP, I had everything I wanted to say written down.
Managed to get out the words "I believe I'm transgender" then pulled out the paper.

He read the rest and it helped a lot!
