I'm 18 and I think I'm gay, although I've never been in a lesbian relationship. I've come out to two very supportive friends. I know my parents will be supportive, even if it will be awkward for a bit. Should I wait until I have a girlfriend to come out to my parents so that I have 'proof' or should I tell them now?

Omg hi i am 18, gay and also not in a lesbian relationship before. I think it's totally up to you. If you feel that having a girlfriend would convince your parents then by all means wait. But if you feel that you would prefer to be honest right from the start then telling your parents now would also be fine. For me, i'm waiting until I get a girlfriend and then i will consider telling my parents.
