This is the tactic that worked for me: I simply said I had something important to say and that it was too hard to say it out and asked the other person to help me. Eventually this other person said it for me. It was much easier. Hope this helps. Good luck!
It might sound a bit pathetic but i texted the first 3 people i told I could say it out loud for fear of being rejected Try writing it down Its easier to say it if its written down
