I work for a community organization I would love to start one up with my friend.d Only thing is, I will most likely automatically have to come out to ALL of my coworkers, including my boss(es). I'm out to MANY or them but there are a few that I REALLY don't want in my business. And even if I don't "overtly" come out, since I'd be starting this group, rumors/assumptions would start to circulate. Ohh, I am so conflicted right now! :tantrum:
