I came out to my mom on the 4th, and she took it well (lots of questions & explaining but that's okay). She said she and grandma would always be accepting, but idk about my grandma. She's different from my mom. She's more "conservative". She's never said homophobic things exactly but she's said things like "the church teaches its wrong".. So idk.
I have to do it today tho because I need someone to drive me to pride which is soon and my mom can't.(greatest reason ever right?)
    So yeah.
Note: my mom and my grandma are the people I live with so this is coming out to parents essentially

Update. I didn't exactly come out. I asked about going to pride. My grandma was concerned for my safety because there could be violent people, etc. but no really negative responses. She said it might happen but don't count on it. Which sucks bc I'd really like to go but at least she wasn't negative about it.
I've decided that I'm not going to formally come out to her but won't hide it and will wear pride stuff if I want to

I understand how you feel. I'm struggling to find way to come out to my grandmother who I live with as well. I wish you luck with whatever happens.
