Not all of us are fools. Just not true.

 

People who don't want to be convinced won't ever be convinced. So let's keep working on the people who matter, like the courts, and sometimes the legislatures. Those who don't accept it are becoming a smaller and smaller minority as most people realize that marriage equality doesn't cause the institution to implode. Now, some people's heads may be imploding, but I can't do much about that! :roflmao:

 

I've struggled with this myself, not due to an overly religious family but due to my own fears. The video made me momentarily feel better but then I just had to read the comments.....darn it.

 

You have to bear in mind that those are the same types of mo-rans that think that the races shouldnt be mixing and God made certain colors superior.. oh and He made men just all-around better than women.

THEY dont even realize they're "those people" so take their comments for what they're worth: nothin'

One goes insane trying to reconcile sexuality and religion. I have almost managed to accept my sexuality from a Christian perspective, but I don't think I'll ever be able to justify same sex marriage in a Christian context (as opposed to a secular, legal arrangement). That said, I'm ostensibly a Catholic, so I beg you, don't take my word for anything.
