I went to the therapist today. I promised my friend that I would tell her the reason why I went & show her the medical report. It was my idea since she showed me her report when she went to therapist and I want to share it. The only problem is that my therapist wrote about my sexuality there. It's time to tell her. She's not judgemental but I feel awkward about it.
We've met in 3 hours help.

Try to remain calm. If you know that she'll be accepting then there's nothing to fear! I understand it can be awkward, but try to ease into the conversation or if you feel like it just show her the medical report and let her ask questions. Take a deep breath. You can do this!

Just take a deep breath and don't worry. I know it's scary, but I'm sure she'll be supportive :3
