I was just wondering where I could find other gay guys in my area. I aparently don't have enough posts to qualify to be a full member since I got rejected so I can chat etc. If you are in the Clovis Fresno area I would love to talk to you too (&&&)

The only thing that I can think of is looking to see if there is a Gay Alliance through your school or in your community, but because you're not out at all, I'm not sure how much that would help you.

Well even though I am not out I have checked into those things. My school is brand new so they have nothing like what you were talking about, and I checked around the city pages etc and found nothing of a Gay Alliance :tears:

So I guess I am just stuck :bang:

I'm not sure what else to tell you because I havent actually met any other gay guys in my area. I just want to say that you should be careful trying to meet people in your area when you're online, you never know who's out there.
I know that an online friendship isn't quite the same as a real life friendship, but I have become friends with a few people off this site and I'm sure that you could find someone here to be friends with even if they arent from your area.

    You're welcome.
I know what you mean, I'm talking to one of my online friends right now and I just wish I could meet him in real life. It's weird knowing that we probably will never meet.

I think that is the part that I can't deal with anymore. I make great friends online but they are halfway around the world or in a different state. It just leaves you there still alone with only someone to talk to online :frowning2:

If you go to myspace and click on browse, you can specify things about people such as gay/bi and limit the search to your area. Less people seem to be "out" on myspace as oppose to real life, but it's a start.

I learned the secret today actually....
    myspace

but that will only land you whores.. but I'm starting to wonder if there is more to the gay community anyhow.

Just add every local gay guy and you'll soon have a ton of gay friends.
If you see someone cute, look at his friends and if they're gay, then more than likely he's gay too.

    That's how it's done. Good luck :[
