I found out the other day that I have a blood mutation and so now I have to see a specialist about it and I will have to ask him about taking T. So I need to come out as Trans before next Tuesday so I can find out about how I will have to take T to be safe. I need all the help I can get.

Tough one... I don't know your age, and that may be helpful... Could you maybe just come out to the doctor, if you aren't ready to come out to others? I know that might be dificult if you are underage, but if you are 18, your doctor should be able to keep it confidential, and not even your parents knowing. Unfortunately, there are some conditions that are a counter-indication to HRT. (In other words, HRT is extremely dangerous when you have certain conditions) Hopefully yours isn't one of them.
