I am worried about coming out as gay as i'm scared as to what my parents, family and friends may think and i feel that if i do come out, they may treat me differently and think less of me.

You put yourself up as "questioning"? Is this true? Because from what I read you seem sure to be gay. It's quite a big difference. Come out only when you are ready, it's your life and do it with your pace, I heard people in UK are pretty tolerant with the LGBTQ+ community, aren't they? Just don't worry, if you don't feel like coming out - don't.
