Just tell them that it means you are sexually attracted to every gender, including every single possible gender there is beyond male and female. Well, do it more concisely...
Just tell your bff that you're pansexual and if they ask what that is, explain in the best way you can. I told my friend that, basically, I could fall in love with a person while texting and never need to know what at their gender is. Just explain as best as you can. Good luck!!!(*hug*)
