Dealing with shock and denial

Part of the reason I avoid coming out is because of shocked reactions. I just hate them. They trigger my OCD like crazy. I start questioning my sexuality. I hate that. What I hate the most is when people straight up deny my sexuality. Anything I can do to make my sexual orientation less shocking?

I know you're looking for a serious reply, and mine isn't humorous but it is... umm... well if it were me, and I'm not one to take people's sh*t without giving it back to them, I would question why they liked anything and everything.

Why do you like chocolate ice cream? But I mean, WHY? Most people like vanilla, why can't you just like vanilla? I like vanilla, why can't you like vanilla?

Why do you like dogs? Cats are better. Hitler liked dogs, do you want people to think you like Hitler? Because that's what people will think.

You like rainy days? I don't believe you. Everybody likes sunny days, people don't just start LIKING rainy days JUST BECAUSE. You must be confused or something happened to make you not like sunny days.

Just so you know, I have to bite my tongue at work quite a lot, but I still make my point come across in more subtle ways. If their logic is less than logical, throw it back in their face.

Maybe you could try to drop hints before straight out coming out? Make comments when you notice an attractive woman, mention girl crushes, things of that nature?

Most of the people I've told have been surprised. The only ones I didn't get that reaction from were the people I just kind of allowed myself to say things like this around, even though they didn't yet know I am gay.
