Probably not worth the thread but I'm kind of excited. I've told one friend I was bi, but didn't know how to tell my closest friend because I just didn't know how she'd react even though she supports lgbt rights. Anyway we haven't been able to see each other much and I didn't WANT to text it. But I told her how I was crushing hard on somebody double my age and it was annoying and she assumed it was a man. So today I just texted her "Oh plot twist, that 40+ year old guy I have a school girl crush on is actually a woman! Surprise!!" All she said was "AWWWWWW you guys could protest to legalize it here so cute!" and then went on to tell me about a concert coming up for a singer we both love. (Same sex marriage isn't legal in Australia yet). I didn't even have to explain what I was to her. She didn't even care. All she cared about was that I liked somebody and thought I should go for it (Which I'm not, because coming onto a most likely straight woman who's old enough to be my mother probably wouldn't be fun). But I'm so happy, I was so scared she would think differently of me and that it'd be a big deal and maybe push her away from me, but nope, she thinks it's cute (!)(!)
