Yesterday I flew back from my Father's funeral and when I got on the plane I put my Ipod (yeah, I'm old) on random and this was the first song that came on. It's from The Big Gay Musical. It's sung by the deeply religious mother of one of the characters and I can totally hear my parents in it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJ991TkUNRY I'm always particularly taken with this lyric: "I know all the love with which I was born can conquer your taunting, can conquer your scorn." I'm so grateful to have grown up in a household that believed in love and was able to marshal that love when presented with something they never even imagined.
