I don't think it necessarily means you like her. sometimes we just dream about people. I've had a few bizarre dreams where I've made out with people I dislike (and one really disturbing one where I kissed my uncle. ewww). I think it's more important if the dream recurs or if you consciously think about her when you're awake. I started questioning myself when i had recurring dreams about girls, especially one of my friends. After the dream I started to realize I had a crush on her, but that was when I was around her when I was awake.

because you kissed her in a dream doesn't mean you like her. I usually dream about people i have little or no desires for. Don't read into dreams too much.
Dreams are working representation of the subconscious to the conscious. People dream every single night, they only remember the important ones. I don't know about going numb. Perhaps it's your emotional reaction to a person or previous relationship. sounds like unfinished business.
You know hun sometimes we just dream about the action and any random person can get thrown in there. You hear sometimes where straight guys sometimes get turned on by homoerotic behavior. Thing is, sometimes it's the sex that turns people on, not the person. Ever kissed or been kissed? Maybe you just really want it deep down? It's hard to say. I agree with the above. If you dream of her often, you may have something else going on. Until then, it's really hard to say what's up.
Not necessarily! Most of my sexual dreams have involved people to whom I'm not even remotely attracted! It doesn't always have to mean something. I mean, if you like her you'll know.
