So I kinda really like this girl from work. I really want to talk to her more, but I also work with one of my best friends, and i'm not out to her yet. Should I see where it goes with this girl first (which will take a while) or should I come out to my friend (I'm leaning towards the former) and I guess it would have to be everyone at work for her to figure out that I like her? Like I said, it's complicated, and I don't know what to do!:bang::help:
I feel like you need to come out yourself before you try to come out to someone else. They are probably just as hush as you are (if they are even lesbian) and would appreciate a strong source of encouragement to confide in if it happens. Things get really complicated when you're in the closet especially around co-workers. Make sure you have the answers firsr because she will have lots of them of she's not out yet.
