I want to come out to my family and friends... But I'm not sure how. I've already come out to a few friends but most forget and blow off what Ive told them. I need a way to make it stick.
They're forgetting? I don't think I know anyone that would forget or blow off someone coming out. Are you being clear? There are a variety of ways to come out. If you feel safe you can go with the traditional "hey I've got something important to tell you!" As your description says you're pansexual, chances are, you will need to explain what that means as it's sort of less known than the other orientation identities. Best of luck!
