Guys I just got a call from my stepmom, they think my dad is having a heart attack, and my brother and I are probably goning to end up flying to Florida tonight. And I have to come back on Monday because I'm having chest pain myself and I have to get some tests done. So if you're wondering where my big mouth is tomorrow or monday you know why.

Well it was a heart attack, but it was mild. I'm coming back to Atl tonight and I'm going to my doctor's appointment Monday morning. Hope everything is ok, the last thing I need is to have a heart condition.

Great to hear that everything was okay. We are like family so if you're going through something we want to be there for you. Just remember if so it was caught early and can be treated. I hope to hear from you soon, Take Care of yourself!!!(!) (&&&) :eusa_clap

Jersey - glad to hear it was minor...and it certainly would be sensible to get yourself checked to see if you might be predisposed to any such problems.

Don't worry too much tho' - a healthy lifestyle can make a big difference (My Dad was dead from a heart attack when he was little older than I am now - and his brother was a few years younger than I am). Sensible diet and excercise can make an enormous difference, even if there is a family history..

Heart disease runs through my family, the rule is one person per generation, but I hope that's not what's giving me the heart problems.

Thanks y'all for being so supportive!

I hope that everything works out alright for you and your family! Are they putting you on a Holter monitor or anything? (If I am being to nosy, just say so...)
