All is set

alright, im planning to tell my parents on friday, all is according to plan. i was going to today but theres too much drama at this point (my mother had a hospital thing that could have been cancer, luckily we just got the news its fine and nothing to worry about) and my grandmother is here so its a bit too much to handle at the moment. but on friday when my grandmother has gone home is the day, my sister is out so it will just be me and my mother or me and both my parents (my dad works a lot but always comes home on a friday night if he is). it will be a perfect and quiet day to tell. Ive weighed it up, what will happen if i do tell them and i think im okay to accept what will happen and its positive anyways. my parents are good people. ill post here after fridays event and tell you guys how it went!

okay turns out my parents will both be out all friday, new plan: Im going to tell my mother tomorrow, on the way to college (british equivalent of high school for all you americans out there). this will be like 15 minutes to maybe talk about it, then she will be gone by the time i get back, and return late on friday. then i tell my dad over the phone as he usually rings on an evening (he works away from monday-friday usually so he calls on an evening). so ill still be updating here on friday, but it will be earlier. like friday morning (GMT)

 

Okay its officially over, everyone knows now. I DID IT!!! haha didn't think i would but i blurted it out during the car ride just as planned. was late for my class as my mum kept me in the car for like 15 minutes talking to me about how i was the same guy i was before she new that she loved me and this is just a part of me. for like 15 minutes, she almost cried and was massively complimented that i trusted her. I gave her permission to tell my dad and my grandma (since she kinda wanted to and i would be out all day...and couldnt do it haha) i got texts from them. here ill post what they said

my dad:

mate, your mam has just told me your news. It must have been very stressful to keep that to yourself. Well done for telling her, that was very brave of you, it must have been difficult. I know I can be a dick about... well, EVERYTHING, but as far as I'm concerned, this changes nothing. You are my boy and I will always love you, this is just a part of who you are, and I am proud that you are my son. Dad xx
