I recently discovered how i am a girl, but i just want to talk to them. I want to just talk to them about my feelings, but my mom is still in some sort of denial that i am not gay. I feel like they will say it is a phase or something and jump to conclusion that i am a guy. I tried to talk to my mom once about being gay and brought out the grandkid excuse. If my mom is still in denial about my sexuality, how am i going to talk about my feelings to them?

Do you identify as female or a feminine guy? If you identify as female, are you actually gay?

Also I can't help on this one, sorry. By the looks of it, it seems you act very feminine, which is fine, but I don't understand how parents could possibly be in denial about your sexuality if that's the case.
