Hi. If you feel stressed out, try to relax a bit. Take a break from whatever you are doing and than go back to it later. If you find life getting a bit too stressful, maybe try to divide the things you need to do in more manageable chunks.
Calm yourself, my friend. You must relax, stress causes trouble and can lead to harsh consequences if handled wrong. Stress causes wrinkles, anxiety, increased risk of heart attack, and sleeping disorders. It can also be harmful to those around you. If you don't get a grip on your stress, you could scare away the ones you care for, or even hurt them. It would be wise to find something to ease your mind and soul. There is an easy solution that can be used to remedy stress. Make sure to set your priorities, so that you don't end up blowing off something important. 1. Bathe, shower, ect... anything to get clean and fresh. 2. Since not everyone enjoys tea as much as I do, you should get a hot cup of milk or cocoa. 3. Put on some relaxing music and lay down somewhere comfortable for a while. 4. Make sure you forget what is bothering you for now, unless it is important. 5. Just get lost in the music, whether it's singing or instrumental, just follow the beat, and let go of the source of your stress. Basically, just mellow out. ~Splinter
