I am a 32 year old married bisexual. My wife knows that I am bisexual (she is bisexual as well, not out). I told her years ago and she is actually turned on by it. However, I'm not sure where to start in coming out to other people. I was always the guy that laughed at lgbt jokes, while dying on the inside. How do I start telling people that I have known for years? I feel ashamed of my alternative sexual feelings immediately after sex, but I can keep going with my wife. I feel like this is because I am mostly closeted. Please advise?
....id suggest start small , choose one person and do it, wont be easy but you will break the ice... it can be someone outside of your circle.
