    I really like telling the truth, but I don't know if my extended family on my mother's side is homophobic or not... :eusa_pray

    Well, from your Out Status I take it you've told your mam, so maybe asking her opinion on how accepting they are. Next time you're with them you could try bringing up some recent LGBT+ news and gage their opinions from their reactions to that. Good luck anyway it happens!
