Basically I'm in my early teens, had sex with my ex, was very embarrassed from my lack of erection. My pan sexual friend let me experiment on him and I was at full mast. So basically I am gay with a prude family, what now??

I'd take it slowly first, come out to someone you absolutely trust. The more you do it, the easier it becomes and the more support you'll have. Come out when you feel the timing is right, test the waters with some current LGBT+ news. Kinda sums up how I've been going about it! Being confident about your sexuality within yourself definitely helps
