I'm trying to coming out to one of my grandparents and every time I try, I get too nervous and back out. She is not homophobic or anything, but I still feel scared every time I try to break the news. How do I do this without having a panic attack in the process lol

For me, I did it like ripping a band aid. I wrote it down, and I handed the paper to the first person I came out to(my sister), and I just did it. I handed it to her and by then, there was nothing I could do but wait. I helps to do scary things really fast before you can feel the fear set in. But that is just me, and everyone is different, so if this helps, then great  , and if it doesn't, sorry :frowning2: .
